1. Shipping


Vous passez votre commandeCommandez n'importe quel jour, à n'importe quelle heure : le site est toujours ouvert.
Nous imprimons et emballonsVos cartes partent en production dans notre studio. Les cartes sur carton sont plus longues à produire que les stickers.
Nous expédions chaque vendrediLes commandes terminées quittent le studio lors de l'envoi hebdomadaire du vendredi.
Elle arrive chez vousVotre commande fait son chemin jusqu'à vous, où que vous soyez.

All orders are shipped from Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Please note that customs processing or unforeseen delays may affect delivery times.

Important: Express orders include an estimate of import duties and taxes in the shipping price at checkout, so you should not have to pay anything extra on delivery. If you are still charged import fees, please contact us. If a package is rejected due to unpaid fees, we will not issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.

1.1 Processing & Dispatch

All times below are Perth, Australia time (AWST).

  • Sticker orders with tracked standard shipping ship every Friday. Orders must be placed by Wednesday 10am to make that week's shipment.
  • All other sticker orders ship every weekday. Orders placed before 10am are dispatched that same day.
  • Orders containing at least one cardstock card take longer to produce: they are sent to the printer on Monday (order by Monday 10am) and ship on Friday, regardless of destination or shipping method, express included.

1.2 Shipping Options

Shipping options include:

  • Standard shipping – cost-effective, may not include tracking.
  • Express / Tracking options – include tracking information and are generally faster in most regions.

1.3 Estimated Delivery by Region

United States

  • Standard envelope (with tracking): 10 - 18 days
  • Express tracked shipping: 3 - 5 business days

Canada

  • Standard envelope (with tracking): 12 - 20 days
  • Standard envelope (no tracking): 20+ days
  • Express tracked shipping: 3 - 5 business days

Australia

  • Standard envelope (no tracking): 7 - 10 days
  • Express tracked shipping: 3 - 4 days

New Zealand

  • Standard envelope (no tracking): 15 - 20 days
  • Express tracked shipping: 5+ business days

Other

  • Standard envelope (with tracking): 12 - 20 days
  • Standard envelope (no tracking): 30+ days
  • Express tracked shipping: 4 - 5 business days

2. Returns

All products are custom-made to match each customer’s unique design and preferences.

As such:

  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges cannot be accepted once an order has been processed.
  • Every item is one-of-a-kind and carefully crafted according to customer specifications.
